Abhishek Nag provides IT and software services only. No physical products are sold or shipped. All work is delivered digitally, to clients in India and worldwide.
1. No shipping charges
Because everything is delivered online, there are no shipping or courier charges and no customs duties, wherever you are located.
2. How services are delivered
- Websites and web applications are published to your domain or hosting account, or shared through a private preview link for review.
- Source code and files are shared through a secure download link, a code repository, or email.
- Accounts and access details (for example hosting, domain or email accounts) are set up in your name and shared securely.
- Maintenance and support work is carried out online and confirmed by email.
- Consultations and reviews take place by email or video call.
You receive an email confirmation each time a project, milestone or monthly task is delivered.
3. Delivery timelines
The exact delivery date for your project is stated in your written quote. Typical timelines are:

Timelines start once the advance payment is received and I have the content and access needed to begin. Delays in receiving content, feedback or approvals will move the delivery date by the same amount of time.
4. International clients
Services are available worldwide and are delivered in the same way and on the same timelines as for clients in India. Calls and meetings are scheduled at a time that works for both time zones.
